Russia's Il-114-300 regional aircraft nears certification

The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) expects to receive certification for the Il-114-300 regional aircraft in the near future. This was announced by the corporation's head, Vadim Badekha. According to him, the liner's certification tests have already been completed, and the process of finalizing regulatory documents is in the final stage. This is reported by Ixbt.com .

Badekha also noted that the tests for the Tu-214 and Il-114-300 aircraft were successful. At the same time, certification tests for the SJ-100 and MS-21 projects are ongoing. UAC specialists assess the progress of these programs positively and noted that work is proceeding according to the established schedule.

The Il-114-300 is a modernized version of the turboprop aircraft created by Rostec enterprises with the support of the Ilyushin company and UAC. This aircraft was specifically designed for regional passenger transport services.

The SJ-100 project is a new Russian import-substitution version of the Superjet 100 aircraft. The MS-21 is a medium-range passenger liner intended to replace Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft in the future.
