According to the Presidential Decree "On measures to introduce modern services by the Treasury Service Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Extra-budgetary Pension Fund," from January 1, 2027, the activities of the district (city) branches of the Treasury Service Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Extra-budgetary Pension Fund will be terminated through digitalization. At the same time, compact service offices consisting of 1–3 staff members will be established at the regional departments of the Treasury Committee and the Pension Fund.
From December 1, 2026, in the pension system, through automation of the following processes:
- the online service "My Pension" will be introduced for the preliminary calculation of the pension amount based on electronic data about citizens’ current work experience and salaries;
- all services related to pension provision will be fully transferred to proactive, electronic, and interactive formats.
By October 1, 2025, a system for notifying citizens in advance before the application of deductions to pension payments will be introduced. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
