The President ordered employment for 92,000 graduates

A broad meeting was held under the leadership of Shavkat Mirziyoyev regarding the employment of higher education graduates.

At the meeting, the head of state outlined directions for employing 92,000 currently unemployed graduates and creating additional jobs.

It is reported that 20,000 graduates will be covered through master's programs and second specializations. Another 20,000 graduates can be placed in nearly 10,000 enterprises where internships are not required.

Business incubators will be established in each region, and through entrepreneurship startups, marketing, design, and IT services, 15–20 thousand graduates will be employed.

There is an opportunity to employ 10,000 graduates in fields such as chemistry, energy, geology, automotive industry, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals in engineering, technology, operations, standardization, quality control, finance, and economics.

Also, 5–7 thousand graduates can be provided with permanent jobs in local industries such as textiles, leather, electrical engineering, construction materials, and food production.

Responsible persons were tasked with employing 6,000 graduates in transport, logistics, roads, construction, and utility sectors, and 10,000 graduates in institutions and training centers in pedagogy, medicine, social protection, culture, and the arts.

Another 30,000 graduates will be supported in starting their own businesses. The head of state also addressed the issue of working with unorganized youth.

The employment of 115,000 such youth is being handled by ministries, regional and district leaders. 52,000 at-risk youth have been mentored by law enforcement officers, yielding visible results.

In addition, the remaining 5,500 unemployed youth, 31,000 at-risk individuals, and 3,000 expelled students must be systematically supported to find their path in life.

Local officials, mahalla chairpersons, assistants to governors, and youth leaders are instructed to train 9,000 unorganized and expelled youth in entrepreneurship, foreign languages, and modern professions to help them gain employment.

Officials are tasked with involving 31,000 at-risk youth in vocational and language clubs, sports competitions, and military-patriotic events.
