The next season of the nationwide “Green Space” project has started in Fergana. This was reported by the press service of the Fergana regional administration.
An event to plant trees was held in the territory of the “Qarqidon” reservoir, in Kuva district, within the framework of the public project “Green Space” (direct translation: “Green Space”). This event was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of UNESCO.
The regional governor, Khayrullo Bozorov, spoke at the event and emphasized that the “Green Space” project, which is being implemented on the initiative of our country’s leader, plays an important role in improving and landscaping the regions, keeping the environment clean, and ensuring environmental sustainability. He also noted that tree planting activities have become a nationwide movement.
