According to Uzhydromet, on November 3 the weather across most regions of Uzbekistan will be variable, with rain expected in some areas.
In the capital, Tashkent, rain is possible by evening. The wind will blow from the west at 3–8 m/s. The temperature will be 8–10°C at night and 14–16°C during the day.
In Karakalpakstan and Khorezm, variable weather is also expected, with light rain possible in some areas. Temperatures will range from 0–5°C at night to 9–14°C during the day.
In Bukhara and Navoi regions, the night will be dry, but rain is expected in some areas during the day. Temperatures will range from 3–8°C at night to 11–16°C during the day.
In Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions, rain may fall in the evening. Temperatures will be 15–20°C during the day and 5–10°C at night.
In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, variable weather is expected, with possible rain, dust storms, and strong winds. Daytime temperatures will rise to 16–22°C.
In the Fergana Valley — including Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions — the weather will be slightly cloudy, with no precipitation expected. Daytime temperatures will reach 15–20°C.
In mountainous and foothill areas, rain and, in some places, snow are expected. The temperature will be 0–5°C at night and 5–10°C during the day.
Meteorologists note that during the first week of November, the weather will become colder and humidity will increase in some regions.
