Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu traveled to Washington and met with Trump. During the meeting, Trump spoke about the complete evacuation of Palestinians from Gaza and turning the territory into a peaceful place like the French Riviera. Netanyahu, who was next to Trump, was very happy to hear these words.

It is known that 2.2 million Palestinians live in Gaza. As a result of the war over the past 15 months, not a single healthy building remains in the sector. More than 45 thousand innocent Gazans have been killed. Most of them are children and women.
According to Trump and his administration, the Gazans should be resettled in Jordan and Egypt. However, Jordan and Egypt, having heard this idea, have strongly opposed it. The Trump administration and some politicians in Israel are talking about three more territories. These are: Morocco, Somaliland and Puntland.
The Kingdom of Morocco has traditionally had good relations with the United States. During Trump's first four-year presidency, the United States recognized Morocco's claims to the territories of the Western Sahara. In return, Morocco was supposed to normalize relations with Israel, and it did so. Now, this time, Trump may demand that Morocco accept the Gazans.
Somalia is one of the weak states that has been through a civil war. There are separatist projects in the eastern regions of Somalia, calling themselves Puntland, and in the northern regions, Somaliland. Trump and Israel may demand that these two regions accept the Gazans in exchange for recognizing them.
So, what was the world's reaction to Trump's idea to deport the Gazans?
The world is in shock. No one except Israel supported this project. Neither the European Union nor close US allies such as Australia, Japan, and South Korea supported it, and they will not support it. Because the world community supports the "two-state" project, which stipulates that a Palestinian state should be established alongside Israel for real peace in the Middle East.
Turkey strongly condemned Trump's idea. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said, "This idea is so absurd that it is not even worth discussing." Saudi Arabia said, "We will not make a peace treaty with Israel until a Palestinian state is established." The Arab League has strongly condemned the idea of clearing Gaza of Palestinians. The Chinese foreign ministry spokesman made a clear statement, saying, “A Palestinian state must be established, and we oppose the deportation of Gazans.”
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said, “Jordan and Egypt may oppose this project for now, but over time they will agree.”
In fact, there is strong political discontent and socio-economic tensions in both Jordan and Egypt. Israel, founded in 1948, has conducted several military operations in the Palestinian territories, as a result of which many Palestinians have been forced to emigrate to other countries. A large part of the current Jordanian population considers themselves to be of Palestinian origin. Egypt also has its own internal economic problems. If these two countries accept 2.2 million Gazans now, they will be perceived as traitors by the Arab-Muslim peoples, and strong political and social protests will begin.
As is known, an agreement was reached between Hamas and Israel in recent weeks. The first phase of the agreement is underway. A total of 33 Israeli prisoners should be released at this stage. So far, 18 prisoners have been released. Now, Trump's project to deport Gazans may change Hamas's mind. Because for Hamas, it may be more important to think about starting a new conflict and preventing the deportation of Gazans than to release prisoners.
It should be said that all American presidents have been very pro-Israel. However, they have shown themselves to be balanced, considering their interests in the Arab-Muslim world. For the first time in US history, a president is openly taking the most aggressive steps, such as ethnic cleansing, forced deportation, and genocide.
At the same time, multipolarity is fading in the world. The global south is growing. The People's Republic of China and other countries are also pursuing an independent policy today. The global power of the United States in the world is still shrinking, at the expense of the growth of others. Israel, on the other hand, has so far chosen the path of oppression, ethnic cleansing, and genocide for its statehood, not the path of agreement and reconciliation with its neighbors. Because Israel has completely trusted the United States. When the time comes, when the global power of the United States ends, Israel will certainly regret its historical crimes. And these days will probably not be so long.
