Iranian Army Unveils New Secret Weapon Based on Artificial Intelligence

Commander of the Iranian Army's Ground Forces, Brigadier General Kioumars Heydari, announced that the country has developed a secret military weapons system based on artificial intelligence. This was reported by the local news agency Press TV.

According to General Heydari, the Iranian army’s arsenal includes secret and "top-secret" weapon systems developed entirely by the country's own experts. He emphasized that these new technologies are at such an advanced level that in the event of a potential conflict, the enemy would have practically no chance of survival.

The use of artificial intelligence in military systems enables independent analysis of large amounts of data, rapid and accurate decision-making, and greatly enhances operational effectiveness. For example, such systems can be employed in drones and missiles to automatically identify and eliminate targets.

The general did not reveal detailed characteristics of these weapon systems, but he particularly noted their significance for enhancing the country's defense capabilities and protecting national interests.

This statement from the Iranian army comes amid extensive modernization and enhancement activities within the country's military sector.
