The US government has developed a new generation of nuclear weapons in order to further strengthen its strategic military superiority in the world. According to Energy Secretary Chris Wright, the United States has completely completed the production of the first prototype of the gravity nuclear bomb, called the B61-13. This process took place almost a year ahead of schedule.
The fastest weapon since the Cold War
According to reports, the new bomb has a yield of up to 360 kilotons and has become one of the fastest nuclear weapons developed and officially adopted since the Cold War. The B61-13 version is a new version of the earlier B61-12 model, equipped with high-precision and safety systems.
A shield is more than a shield
Chris Wright assessed this achievement as the ability of the United States to respond to formidable threats in the new global security environment. He noted that the United States, committed to the "Strength through Peace" strategy, is openly demonstrating its military potential with new weapons not only to its opponents, but also to its allies.
Designed to strike fortified targets
The B61-13 family is designed primarily to destroy fortified objects - underground bunkers, strategic command posts and infrastructure centers. Its guidance system operates with high precision and is distinguished by its multi-stage protection features.

The creation of the B61-13 could start a new stage in the nuclear arms race. Are the world's polarities and security balance under test again? What do you think about this - can peace be achieved through force?
