According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, today, May 25, 303 Russian military personnel were returned from territory controlled by Kyiv. As part of this exchange, Russia also handed over 303 prisoners of war to Ukraine.

In accordance with agreements reached on May 16 in Istanbul, the parties completed the exchange process between May 23 and 25 under the "1000 for 1000" formula.

As part of this agreement, on May 23, 270 military personnel and 120 civilians were returned to Russia from Ukrainian captivity. On the same day, Russia handed over the same number of prisoners of war and civilians to Ukraine.

Additionally, on May 24, the parties exchanged 307 prisoners of war. Both Russia and Ukraine returned 307 individuals each.
