Ukraine releases video of strikes on Russian air bases!
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has released a full and detailed video of the special operation "Pavutina" ("Spider's Web"). It contains clear images of strikes carried out by Ukrainian military drones on several strategic and long-range Russian air bases.

According to the SBU, the videos show the attacks on the Belaya airfield in the Irkutsk region, Olenya in the Murmansk region, Ivanovo-Severny in the Ivanovo region, and Diagilevo in the Ryazan region.

In particular, the video of the strikes on the Ivanovo and Ryazan airfields is being released for the first time. The strikes on these airfields have not previously appeared in the media.

For your information, the Ivanovo-Severny airbase is a base for A-50 aircraft, which are mainly specialized in detecting and controlling airborne objects. The video released by the UAV shows the drones hitting two of these aircraft. However, the footage does not clearly show the consequences of this attack.

The footage taken at the Diaghilev airfield clearly shows the moment the drone hit the Russian strategic Tu-22M3 aircraft, but there is no information about the explosion or its consequences.

Representatives of the Ukrainian special services, in turn, claim that the A-50 aircraft were seriously damaged in these attacks. However, it is not possible to determine the details of these processes, the exact appearance of the explosions or the damage from the videos.

Recall that on June 1, the Ukrainian security service reported that it had conducted a large-scale operation "Website" on air bases in Russia. According to official statements, the military airfields "Olenya", "Belaya", "Ivanovo-Severny" and "Diaghilev" were targeted as part of this operation.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that 117 modern FPV drones and the same number of operators participated in this large-scale special operation. Zelensky noted that a special "operations center" to control this large-scale attack was located on Russian territory, near the headquarters of the regional administration of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB). The president also confirmed that 41 Russian aircraft were damaged to varying degrees as a result of this operation, half of which are beyond repair.

The Russian Defense Ministry, while partially acknowledging these attacks, reported only that "some aircraft burned down" at the Murmansk and Irkutsk air bases.

Also, according to satellite images, at least 4 Tu-95MS bombers and one An-12 military transport aircraft were completely destroyed as a result of the attack by Ukrainian drones on the Olenya airfield in the Murmansk region.

The attack on the Belaya airfield in the Irkutsk region had even more serious consequences. Here, according to satellite images, at least 7 strategic aircraft (3 Tu-95MS and 4 Tu-22M3) burned down and were rendered unusable.

These attacks are currently causing great discussion on an international scale. Ukraine's security service claims that it has succeeded in destroying a significant part of Russian strategic aviation as a result of Operation Web. The Russian side, however, has so far limited itself to its own confirmed information.

International observers are concerned that the escalation of such operations could lead to further escalation of the situation outside the battlefields. There are also concerns that the continuation of such situations could lead to further deepening of military confrontations between the two countries and an expansion of the scale of the conflict.
