List of tourist destinations dangerous for women

Famous traveler and TikTok blogger from New York, Savannah Cruehl, published a list of countries she considers dangerous for solo female travelers. Based on her personal experiences, she stated that some destinations are not suitable for traveling alone.

The first country she called “dangerous” is France. In 2024, this popular destination received 102 million tourists, but she encountered several unpleasant situations there.

Mexico is second on the list. While she praised the country’s nature and culture, she emphasized that travelers should remain cautious regarding safety.

The third country is Nicaragua. Cruehl advises not to walk alone and to stay in crowded areas whenever possible.

In addition, she openly admitted that she did not feel safe in Malaysia, Barcelona (Spain), and even her own country — the United States.
