According to Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the military administration of Kharkiv region, four Russian drones struck a five-story building.
"A fire broke out on the first, third, and fifth floors, and part of the building collapsed," Sinegubov clarified.
According to Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov, five people were killed, including a 1.5-year-old child. Eighteen people were injured. Rescue operations are still ongoing at the scene.
Additionally, on the night of August 18, the Russian army launched attacks on Odessa, Sumy, and Pavlograd. Oleg Grigorov, the head of the military administration of Sumy region, said that civilian infrastructure was hit, but no casualties were reported.
