King Charles III of the United Kingdom and Queen Camilla sent sincere congratulations to the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and our entire nation on the occasion of Independence Day.
In his letter, the British monarch specifically emphasized his commitment to supporting Uzbekistan’s state sovereignty and strengthening friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
“My wife and I are pleased to extend to Your Excellency and the people of Uzbekistan our sincere congratulations on your Independence Day,” reads the congratulatory letter sent by the King.
Recognizing Uzbekistan as an important partner for the United Kingdom, Charles III expressed confidence in the further development of relations between the two countries in a spirit of mutual understanding, respect, and trust.
