On September 22, during a raid held at the "Korona" banquet hall in Krasnoyarsk, 8 Uzbeks were accused of violating migration rules, reports uz24.uz. Four of them were fined and ordered to be deported, while the other four were placed in a temporary detention center.
The Uzbek side — the Consulate General in Novosibirsk is providing legal assistance to the citizens and has submitted the necessary documents to the law enforcement agencies of the Krasnoyarsk region.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that such raids must have a legal basis and should not interfere with cultural events. Previously circulated videos showed Rosgvardiya officers checking guests' documents during the concert and involving service dogs.
