Trump and Kim Jong Un may meet in the demilitarized zone

US President Donald Trump may meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea. This was reported by the Japanese magazine Nikkei Asia.

Several meetings are expected during Trump's visit to Asian countries, including Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea. He will discuss the purchase of Russian oil with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It is also planned to hold talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Organization.

In addition, a meeting with the newly elected Prime Minister of Japan is expected. According to Yonhap news agency, the US president is ready to negotiate with the DPRK leader without any reservations.
