In New Zealand, animal lovers can now treat their pets with “wine.” A special mint-based wine designed for cats and dogs has gone on sale in the country, Daily Mail reports.
This unusual drink is produced by the company Muttley’s Estate. Instead of alcohol, it uses a special infusion made from mint grown in the sunny regions of New Zealand.
The wine for pets is offered in several varieties: Chapawgne, Purrno Noir, Sauvignon Bark, Proseccat, Pawt, Cabarknet, and Meowsè.
According to the producers, this “wine” helps cats and dogs reduce stress, especially during thunderstorms or visits to the vet. It also improves mood, increases appetite, promotes digestion, and protects against insects and parasites.
A 150-milliliter bottle costs 12.99 New Zealand dollars (approximately 600 rubles). It is said that one bottle can make three servings.
Now, just like humans, pets can also enjoy “wine” — only this time in a completely safe way.
