US President Donald Trump issued a harsh statement against Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to him, if Putin fails to resolve the conflict in Ukraine peacefully, this could have negative consequences for the Russian leader.
"I think he will resolve this issue. But we will still try. If he doesn't do this, it will end badly for him," Trump said in his speech.
At the same time, the White House leader announced that he would also discuss the possibility of supplying Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine if the conflict is not resolved. He added that this issue could be raised in a direct dialogue with Putin.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that the US has not yet made an official decision on the supply of Tomahawk missiles. According to him, Kyiv is continuing negotiations in this direction.
