
In honor of the 35th anniversary of "Home Alone," Disney+ built a giant gingerbread of one of the most famous houses in the history of cinema in Los Angeles, USA. The project not only shared a festive atmosphere, but also entered history with a world record.
It is reported that the structure is made entirely of gingerbread, the height of the ice-covered house is 8 meters, and the length is 18 meters. It was officially entered into the Guinness Book of Records as the largest "gingerbread" house in history. The design of the house is reminiscent of Kevin McCalister's house from the film "Home Alone."
Disney+ Vice President of Brand Strategy and Marketing, Zach Jerome, commented on the initiative: "Disney+ is happy to celebrate the film in this way, which has become an integral part of the holiday season around the world."
During the construction process, 2.59 tons of flour, more than 4,200 eggs, 4,400 gingerbread bricks, 800 roof tiles, more than 75 liters of edible glue, and almost 9 kilograms of fondant were used. Visitors were also given the opportunity to taste "A Lovely Cheese Pizza" from Prince St. Pizza, popular in the film.
