US President Donald Trump has stated his firm position on the Iran issue. Through his social media page, he emphasized that there will be no negotiations or deals with Tehran, and the country must only surrender unconditionally. According to Trump, only then will an acceptable leader be chosen for Iran, and the country will be economically restored.

The situation escalated on February 28 following the start of US and Israeli military operations against Iran. In response, the Iranian side launched strikes on American facilities in the Middle East and Israeli territory. The conflict between the parties is increasing security concerns in the region.
On March 4, Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth announced the transition to a new phase of the military operation. He noted that American forces plan to strike deeper into Iranian territory. It is reported that these military actions could last up to eight weeks.
