Global consequences deepen in US-Israel war against Iran

The ongoing military conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran has reached its 13th day, bringing severe global consequences. As US and Israeli strikes continue, Tehran has intensified its retaliatory measures, specifically targeting energy markets. This escalation has led to a significant spike in global oil prices, alongside rising tensions in the Strait of Hormuz and an increase in cyberattacks. Reports Aljazeera.com.
The human toll of the conflict continues to grow. According to Amir Saeid Iravani, Iran’s representative to the United Nations, at least 1,348 civilians have lost their lives since the hostilities began. The humanitarian situation remains a pressing concern as the violence shows no immediate signs of stopping.
Amid the ongoing strikes, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has announced three specific conditions required to bring an end to the war. These demands include the international recognition of Tehran’s legitimate rights, the payment of reparations for the damages incurred, and strict global guarantees to prevent any future aggression against the country. Until these conditions are met, Tehran has signaled its intent to continue its retaliatory operations, further threatening international maritime security and global energy stability.
