Araghchi: Iran’s new Supreme Leader will operate without problems

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that there are no problems in the country regarding the issue of the new Supreme Leader. According to him, this will become clear to everyone in the near future.

The minister said that Russia and China are Iran’s main strategic partners. He noted that cooperation with these countries continues in various fields, including the military sphere.

According to Araghchi, the current war was initiated by the United States and Israel, and these actions should be condemned internationally. He emphasized that Iran is acting according to the principle of “blood for blood, life for life.”

The minister also reported that Kharg and Abu Musa islands were struck by rocket systems from the territory of the United Arab Emirates — from the Ras Al Khaimah region and the vicinity of Dubai.

According to him, using the territory of neighboring states to launch attacks against Iran is absolutely unacceptable and extremely dangerous, especially in densely populated areas.

Araghchi stressed that Iran’s political system is stable and does not depend on individual personalities. He said that even after the death of the Supreme Leader, the state system continues to function normally.

At the same time, the minister emphasized that he has never stated that Iran plans to build nuclear bombs.
