According to the organization, this incident demonstrates the United States troops' inability to take the necessary measures to prevent civilian casualties and is a serious violation of international humanitarian law. Persons who have committed a potential war crime should be held accountable.
Amnesty International spokesperson Erika Guevara-Rosas called the attack a disgrace for US intelligence. Al Jazeera television channel drew attention to the fact that the US and Israel are carrying out large-scale attacks on Iran, ignoring international law.
In a meeting with journalists, Pete Hegset stated that the U.S. Air Force is carrying out the most terrifying and precise campaign in history and is striving only for victory.
The US public and Democratic Party representatives are demanding a clear explanation from the White House regarding the deaths of children as a result of the attack. However, for now, the authorities are limiting themselves to saying that an investigation will be conducted.
The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, demanded a prompt, impartial, and truthful investigation into this situation.
Iranian state media reported that approximately 180 schoolgirls aged 7-12 were killed and dozens of other children were injured in an attack carried out by the US and Israel.
According to analysts, the bombing of innocent students in Iran demonstrated the hypocrisy between the norms of international law and the power of the state, which is a serious signal for the global community.
