Tehran outlined terms of a deal with the US

Iran has delivered an official response to a 15 point US peace proposal through intermediaries on March 25, according to regional media reports. Tehran is now waiting for Washington to react to its position as diplomatic contacts continue behind the scenes. Reports Zakon.kz.
Reports say the American proposal covers several sensitive issues, including Iran’s ballistic missile program, its nuclear activities and maritime shipping. The plan also reportedly includes a provision on easing some sanctions against Iran, a move that could become a key part of any broader agreement.

According to published accounts, the Iranian side attached its own conditions to the response, although full details have not been made public. International attention is now focused on whether the two sides can narrow differences on security, sanctions and regional stability.
One of the main intermediaries in the exchange was identified as Pakistan’s army chief, Syed Asim Munir. The development comes after earlier reports that US President Donald Trump said he was briefly pausing the destruction of a power plant in Iran.
