New Porsche SUV with combustion and hybrid engine in plans
Porsche has confirmed that it will end gasoline-powered Macan production by 2026 as part of its electrification strategy. The company officially stated that Macan will not have internal combustion engine (ICE) versions in the future.

Additionally, Porsche is considering developing a new SUV with both combustion and hybrid engines, which could be released by 2030. The new model is expected to feature a modern design while retaining Porsche’s signature characteristics.

Porsche has revised its electrification plans, deciding that Cayenne and Panamera will continue to have ICE options until the late 2030s. However, they will be equipped with hybrid and electric components. In Europe, gasoline versions may be phased out earlier than in other regions.

Furthermore, Porsche is preparing an electric Cayenne, which will be part of its expanding electric vehicle lineup.
