Callaway Cars has announced a new upgrade for the hybrid Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray, adding 200 horsepower, SpeedMe reports. The installation of a 2.9L Twin-Screw Gen4 supercharger boosts the model’s output to 847 HP and 871 Nm of torque, making the E-Ray significantly more powerful than its standard 650 HP version.
This upgrade is also available for the Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray. The upgraded version can now accelerate to 60 mph in just 2.67 seconds and complete a quarter-mile in 10.64 seconds. Callaway’s tuning package includes the TripleCooled cooling system and proprietary CalCal engine calibration, ensuring minimal fuel efficiency losses.
Additionally, Callaway offers a range of exclusive tuning options, including an aerodynamic body kit, a Double-D exhaust system, and custom wheels. The upgrade package starts with a $1,000 deposit and is available only through authorized Callaway dealers.
