Xiaomi has officially introduced its second electric vehicle — the YU7 crossover, Speedme.ru reported. CEO Lei Jun shared the first images of the car. The YU7 shares a design language with the SU7 sedan, featuring similar headlights and a roof-mounted lidar, signaling advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
The YU7 sits between the BMW X5 and Lexus RX in size and comes in two versions:
– Base version: single motor, 315 hp
– Top version: dual motors, 681 hp total
The 96.3 kWh battery offers a range of 675 to 770 km depending on the setup.
The interior hasn't been officially shown yet, but certification documents reveal an ultra-wide display combining the instrument panel and infotainment system.
Sales in China are expected to begin in summer 2025, with pricing set between 300,000 and 400,000 yuan, which is approximately 510 to 680 million Uzbek soums (1 yuan ≈ 1700 UZS).
