UzAuto denies contract openings for Cobalt

UzAuto Motors has denied reports about opening contracts for Cobalt, Autostrada.uz reported.

On March 18, messages spread across Uzbek Telegram channels claiming that contracts for Chevrolet Cobalt models Style AT and Midnight would soon be available.

Later that day, UzAuto Motors issued an official statement denying these claims, calling the reports false and inaccurate.

However, the company did not comment on when Cobalt contracts might actually become available.

Price increases are also not expected — any change in pricing must be announced at least 15 days in advance, and no such announcement has been made.

For several years now, sales of budget vehicles have been conducted manually via the UzAuto Savdo platform, where, after overcoming technical difficulties and with a bit of luck, customers may secure a contract with a waiting period of 6–9 months. Follow “Zamin” news on “Telegram”
