On the eve of the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Conference in Samarkand, Assistant to the President Saida Mirziyoyeva announced that Uzbekistan continues to share its music, creative world, unique voices, and the breath of spring with the world.

“This is the shortest path to the hearts of people who are discovering Uzbekistan for themselves, a means of cultural diplomacy that promotes the promotion of our country. We are working towards this noble goal every day, showing the world our most beautiful sides,” the assistant to the president wrote.

It is noted that on the first day of April, the National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan demonstrated its skills at the UNESCO headquarters. The orchestra performed musical compositions based on the works of the great poets of the East - Navoi, Babur, Omar Khayyam and Nodira.

“The concert “The Sands of Time” was held in Paris under the leadership of Alibek Kabdurakhmonov and the Richter Trio. Honored Artists of Uzbekistan Nodira Pirmatova and Gulomjon Muhammadjonov brought the history and cultural heritage of our country to life on stage in a unique way, presenting the audience with a new, original interpretation of traditional musical culture,” added Saida Mirziyoyeva.
