When asked by a journalist, “What would you say if Greta Gerwig offered you a role in the Barbie sequel?” Sweeney responded:
“I would need to read the script. But I’m not against it,” she said.
According to the actress, the main reason she would be interested in participating in the sequel is her admiration and respect for Margot Robbie.
“I’m a big, big fan of Margot Robbie,” emphasized Sweeney.
