Famous composer Hans Zimmer and his studio Bleeding Fingers Music will create the soundtrack for the HBO-produced Harry Potter series. This was reported by Variety.
The new soundtrack, while preserving the musical traditions of the "Harry Potter" franchise, will be reinterpreted for a larger-scale series format. According to Hans Zimmer, the project requires great responsibility, and the team is working with a deep understanding of this task.
"Magic is everywhere, but you need to see it. To feel the magic of the 'Harry Potter' world, the music needs to bring the audience closer to that world," says Zimmer.
Earlier, the music for the films "Harry Potter" was written by such well-known composers as John Williams, Patrick Doyle, Nicolas Hooper, and Alexander Despla.
Among Zimmer's recent major works is the soundtrack for the film F1, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award. Also, the premiere of the new season of the series "Euphoria" and the third part of the film "Dune" will be held soon, in which his music will be played.
