Yulduz Usmonova: “To become an artist, you need pain, not a voice”

During a conversation with Botir Qodirov on her Instagram page, singer Yulduz Usmonova attracted the attention of fans with her thoughts about art and being an artist.
During the talk, Yulduz Usmonova emphasized that a true artist is formed not only by having a voice, but also through inner pain and life experiences.
— “An artist does not come out of a person whose stomach is full and whose life is comfortable. When a person lives in the embrace of parents and has food and bread every day, just having a voice is not enough. A voice can exist in everyone, even a donkey has a voice. But to become an artist, first of all, pain is needed. There must be words burning inside a person, unspoken sorrow. I always try to explain exactly this idea,” the singer said.
She also addressed Botir Qodirov and encouraged him to be even more determined on his artistic path:
— “Hold the tor firmly in your hands, go on stage, sing with all your strength and break through,” she said, expressing sincere wishes and moral support to him.
