The V Festival of Content of Streaming Platforms "ORIGINAL+," held at the Gorky Film Studio in Moscow on March 18-20, has concluded. This event served as an important platform for the most active and popular participants in industry and the media sphere. The winners were determined by an industry jury, a media jury, and special commissions in the "Innovation" area.
At the festival, the greatest attention was paid to the projects that received the main nominations. The series "Pride" was declared the main winner, and it received the "Original Series" award. Sergey Arutyunyan for directing the series and Alana Chochiyeva for the female roles also received awards.
The winners in other main nominations were: "Original Vertical Series" - "I'm Pregnant with an Oligarch"; "Original Show" - "Cooking Battle" (VK Video); "The Most Expected Project" - "Call Vitya!" (CIOH). Also, "Black Countess" was recognized for the best script, "Kambek" for content experience, and "Happy Time" for cooperation.
If "Iftixor" was recognized by the jury as the best TV series, then "Over the Screen" won among projects in the vertical format. According to the media version, the best show was announced as "Vaxta" (Premier).
In the "Innovation" nomination, projects using artificial intelligence and virtual production technologies - "Buratino," "Only MIG exists," "Washington 77," and "The Sea Waves Once" - received awards.
The festival has traditionally become a platform for the presentation of new projects and a three-day meeting of industry representatives. Producers, directors, actors, and representatives of major media companies participated in it, exchanged creative ideas, and discussed opportunities for further cooperation.
