Ra’no Yarasheva reveals secrets: “Rayhon took her first steps in art with my poems”

Uzbek actress Ra’no Yarasheva shared her early steps in art and personal stories in one of her interviews.

She said: “Rayhon G’aniyeva, Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, set to music nearly 20 of my poems. I am not boasting; I am simply stating a fact. Rayhon took her first steps toward hit songs with my works.”

Ra’no Yarasheva also listed her most famous songs: “Why Was I Born, My God”, “I Have No Interest in Flowers”, “I Have Nothing to Do with the Nightingale”, “Do You Remember?”, “Yor-yor”, which Rayhon performed and turned into hits.

The actress added: “At a movie premiere, when my daughter Ra’no said she wanted to become a singer, I gave her my book and said: ‘Let them see.’ As a result, these poems became hit songs and left their mark in the world of art.”

Through her heartfelt memories, Ra’no Yarasheva shared her artistic achievements and how her creative collaboration yielded remarkable results.
