Munisa Rizayeva: “It is difficult to find a composer with great ideas today”

In an interview for the “Shaxsiy chegara” project, Munisa Rizayeva spoke openly about the current creative environment. The singer noted that the number of talented composers in the modern music industry is declining.
According to her, there are very few creators today who can offer strong ideas. She even pointed out that those who do exist often prioritize financial gain over creativity:
“Composers have become scarce. There are almost no people who can offer a great idea. Even those who are around don't want to work — they only think about money. They ask for payment in advance before even writing a song. This is not right. First, there should be creativity, then the result.”
The singer also commented on young artists, noting that they are still in the process of gaining experience. At the same time, she added that finding quality composers and arrangers has become much more complicated today.
“It has become difficult to find both composers and arrangers. Because of this, many difficulties arise during the creative process,” she says.
