Gas supply to methane stations was temporarily reduced
On February 9-12, gas supply to methane pipelines was reduced in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Uzengoinspektsia.

According to the inspection's information dated February 12, "during periods of sharp cooling," natural gas will be supplied primarily to households and social sector facilities, and only after the pressure in gas pipelines and devices rises to the standard level, it will be gradually fully supplied to gas pipelines.

"Due to the increased demand for natural gas in all regions of the republic on February 9-12 of this year, due to the sharp cooling of the outside air temperature in all regions of the republic, natural gas supply to gas pipelines was temporarily reduced in accordance with the schedules introduced by local khokimiyats," the Energy Inspection said in a statement.

We remind you that on February 10, a crack was observed in the part of the main gas pipeline "Bukhara-Ural" passing through the Bukhara region, and a fire broke out.

The Ministry of Energy reported that the fire was completely extinguished on the same day. "Natural gas is being transferred through the reserve gas pipeline without interruption and its delivery to consumers continues in the state mode," the ministry said in a statement.
