
By presidential decree, Aziz Toshpulatov was appointed Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the presidential press secretary.

On March 3, at the regular session of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, deputies considered and approved the candidacy of Aziz Toshpulatov for the position of Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.
Prior to his appointment, Aziz Toshpulatov held the position of Head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent City. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan has been headed by Pulat Bobozhov since September 2017.
About Aziz Toshpulatov
In 2015-2017, he worked as Head of the Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs. From November 2017 to June 2019, he headed the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs. In June 2019, he was appointed First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs. Since March 2020, he has held the position of Head of the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs.
