Woman stabs drunk husband to death in Kashkadarya

A woman in Kashkadarya region stabbed her drunk husband to death following a domestic dispute, Nova24.uz reported.

The incident took place on February 10 in the city of Kasbi. A man who had returned home from labor migration invited relatives for dinner. After drinking heavily, he began to insult and humiliate his wife and daughter in front of guests. The guests left to avoid conflict, but the quarrel continued.

Late at night, during the ongoing argument, the woman grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed her husband twice in the neck.

“He wanted to kill me. I was trying to protect my daughter's honor. I didn’t mean to do this. Please forgive me,” the woman said.
