Man convicted of stabbing sister 60 times

A court verdict has been delivered in Chinoz district of Tashkent region regarding a criminal case that shocked the entire public. According to Millar, the man who committed such cruelty against his sister was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment. The crime occurred in February 2025. This tragedy, connected to family disputes, happened as a result of irreconcilable conflicts and years of misunderstanding between two siblings.

The deceased — a divorced mother of two — lived in the same house with her mother and brother. According to court documents, the relationship among them had been tense for a long time. The main cause was financial issues, especially the sister’s unpaid loan debt.

Argument over debt ended in bloody murder
In court, the man stated that he constantly argued with his sister over the debt. According to him, the amount was significant, and the sister did not take responsibility for repaying it. The arguments escalated, and there had been heart-wrenching conflicts within the family.
On the day of the tragedy, the man returned home after a night walk. In a rush of emotions, he entered his sister’s room with a knife. According to his testimony, another argument started, and he lost control. He admitted to stabbing her several times.

After the murder, he kept the body on the balcony for a week
The crime didn’t end there — his subsequent actions were even more horrifying. He wrapped his sister’s body in a carpet and placed it on the balcony, where it remained for a week. Neighbors and local residents were unaware, as the man acted as if everything was normal. Even the mother didn’t know what had happened.

Court verdict and punishment
Based on Article 97, Part 2, Clause “g” — premeditated murder — a criminal case was opened. The court found the man guilty and sentenced him to 8 years in prison. At trial, the accused admitted to his actions and later expressed regret. However, the court classified the act as a serious crime and did not reduce the punishment.
