In Namangan region, a terrible traffic accident occurred that shook hearts. At an unguarded railway crossing between Chartak and Uychi stations, a train collided with a passenger car. This was officially reported by “Uzbekistan Railways” JSC.
According to the information, the driver of a Gentra car grossly violated traffic rules by attempting to cross the tracks in front of an approaching train. There were five women and one child inside the car. As a result of the strong collision, all the passengers in the vehicle died.
The train drivers, in an attempt to prevent the accident, applied emergency braking, but it was impossible to stop a train moving at high speed. As a result of the incident, the train received only minor technical damage.
Local residents and social media users expressed deep sorrow over the tragic consequences of this gross violation of the law. Experts once again emphasize the need for strict adherence to traffic rules, especially when crossing railway tracks, where the highest level of caution is required.
