During a special operation conducted by the Yakkasaray District Department of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office in cooperation with the State Security Service and internal affairs bodies, the violation of the law was stopped.
It turned out that a person named G.D. was engaged in illegal drug trafficking. He was detained while selling two types of drugs containing a potent substance - "cybutramine" - to citizen A.T. for 800,000 soums.
At the same time, a total of 1,071 units of foreign-made medicines of various names, prepared for sale, were seized as material evidence from the interior of the Lacetti car under his control.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated on this fact under Article 251-1 of the Criminal Code. An investigation is underway.
According to official data, this article provides for liability for such cases as the illegal circulation, distribution, advertising, or demonstration of potent drugs.
Currently, law enforcement agencies are working to identify all cases of violations and identify additional participants.
