A workshop that illegally used 4.5 billion soums worth of gas was uncovered in Bukhara

An illegal use of natural gas was discovered at the paper production workshop of the limited liability company "B. E.," located in the city of Bukhara, the Bukhara regional branch of Uzenergoinspektsiya reported.

The inspection was carried out jointly by the regional prosecutor's office and the gas supply company. According to preliminary estimates, the material damage caused to the gas supply system amounted to 4 billion 524 million soums.

Currently, law enforcement agencies are conducting a pre-investigation check. Legal action is expected regarding the incident.
