A limited liability company (LLC) "A.S.," operating in the city of Samarkand, received a loan from a local bank to expand its business. However, as a result of the organization's non-compliance with the loan terms, a debt of 4 billion 650 million soums arose.
In this case, on June 15, 2025, by the decision of the Samarkand City Civil Court, a lawsuit was filed against the building of the enterprise, which was pledged as collateral for debt collection.
Despite this, the company's management did not take any practical measures to eliminate the debt. After that, inspectors of the regional department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement issued several warnings to the management of the enterprise and imposed a ban on the property.
Due to the overdue debt, the mortgaged property - the enterprise building - was valued at 4.65 billion soums and put up for public auction through an online auction.
