In the Fergana region, a simple dispute caused by sheep in the garden ended in a tragic outcome. On November 5th, in the village of Mallaxon, belonging to the "Qorayozbobo" neighborhood of the Uzbekistan district, a 38-year-old man, Z.M., died in a fight with his neighbor.
According to reports, the deceased went out that day to inspect his garden. There, he saw his neighbor's sheep breaking trees and protested. It is said that this turned into a verbal argument, which then escalated into a physical conflict. A neighbor, A.H., born in 1985, took a stone and struck Z.M. in the spinal cord, face, and head. As a result, the man died at the scene.
According to the source, the deceased was the father of five children. The Department of Internal Affairs of the Fergana region gave an official comment on the situation. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 104, Part 3 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, causing death). The suspect has been detained, and a preliminary investigation is currently underway.
The incident was personally monitored by the leadership of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Fergana region.
It should be recalled that the recent murder in the Navoi region caused great alarm in society - the man was sentenced to life imprisonment for brutally killing his ex-wife and her parents by a truck.
