Increasing debt related to taxes and other mandatory payments negatively impacts the state budget revenues and the financial operations of economic entities.
According to the decision of the State Tax Administration of Jizzakh Region, enforcement documents amounting to a total of 66 million soums in taxes and other mandatory payments owed by the farmer's enterprise “F.Ch.” were transferred to the Zomin District Branch of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau for execution.
State executors imposed restrictions on the debtor’s bank accounts and placed a ban on all their assets.
As a result of the enforced measures, a NIVA model vehicle belonging to the debtor was confiscated to cover the debt.
In the future, this vehicle will be sold through auction procedures as stipulated by relevant regulations, and the proceeds will be allocated to settle the outstanding debt.
