In Kashkadarya, a father fulfilled his alimony obligation in an unusual way — instead of the established payment, he officially transferred a 6-sotok courtyard to the claimant.
According to the information, the interdistrict civil court of Kasbi had ordered the debtor to provide material support for his child until the child reached the age of majority. However, because the payments were not made on time, the amount of debt increased to 9 million soms.
After the measures carried out by the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau employees, the father realized the necessity of fulfilling his legal obligation and approached the situation with humanity.
Thus, on November 11, N. Koziboev decided to give the claimant his 6-sotok house instead of alimony for the benefit of his child. The documents were formalized, and the enforcement proceedings were fully completed.
Specialists note that this case became an example not only of fulfilling a legally established obligation, but also of a responsible attitude of the father toward his child.
