In the Tuproqqal’a district, two children were reunited with their mother. The enforcement of court decisions often includes complex procedures, one of which involves transferring custody of children to their mother or father.
Such enforcement cases require a high level of responsibility from each state enforcement officer. Specifically, based on the enforcement writ issued by the Bog‘ot Inter-District Court for Civil Cases on October 30, 2025, the custody of X.D., born on June 16, 2019, and M.D., born on March 31, 2021, was to be transferred from the defendant, S.X., to the claimant, Sh.O. This document was received for execution by the Tuproqqal’a District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.
As part of the enforcement actions carried out by state officers regarding this case, the legal rights and obligations were explained in the presence of witnesses at the address specified in the court decision. The two children mentioned in the court document were safely transferred from the care of their father to their mother. The enforcement action was successfully completed in accordance with Article 41 of the Law.
