During environmental control measures in the Yangiyul district of the Tashkent region, a disappointing situation was revealed: it became known that one of the brick factories in the region was engaged in burning household waste and producing products. The head of the district ecology department, Nurgali Amanov, informed the media about this.
According to him, the employees of the organization officially drew up an administrative report on the situation, and the activity of this enterprise, which violated sanitary and environmental requirements, was suspended for 10 days. During this time, all work processes of the plant will be fully controlled.
At the same time, a special sample was taken for the laboratory and sent for examination. After the results of this analysis, the amount of damage caused to nature is determined, and the case is sent to the judicial authorities for the purpose of establishing liability in the administrative procedure. Amanov emphasized that such offenses have a serious negative impact on the environment and, of course, require legal action.
The head of the enterprise, Zufar Turopov, acknowledged the situation and said that such a situation will not be repeated in the future. According to him, special filters will be installed in the plant's boiler room in accordance with established environmental standards, and the work process will continue under strict control.
It should be noted that such cases have occurred in the Yangiyul district before: it was reported that the activities of a citizen who produced coal from wood and caused air pollution were also stopped these days.
Ecologists emphasize that each such raid is an important step for public health and environmental safety. Because harmful substances released into the air through waste combustion not only deteriorate the air quality in the area but can also lead to negative consequences on a broader scale.
