According to the enforcement document issued by the Yakkasaroy Inter-District Court on November 3, 2025, the custody of a minor girl was handed over from the respondent U.M. to the claimant L.M.
The enforcement document stated that after the debtor, a man, divorced his wife, he had handed over only two of their three daughters to their mother, while keeping one daughter with him and preventing her from living with her mother. This situation persisted for three years.
Subsequently, the claimant, L.M., filed a lawsuit requesting the return of her daughter. The court ruled in favor of the claimant and issued an enforcement document to transfer custody of the minor child. This document was sent to the Sergeli District Office of the Bureau of Enforcement. The enforcement case was registered, and proceedings were initiated accordingly.
Through mandatory enforcement actions led by state enforcement officer S. Abduvosikov from the Sergeli District Office of the Bureau of Enforcement, the child was returned to her mother's custody. The enforcement document has now been fully executed.
