
A serious dispute in the Taylak district of the Samarkand region ended in a fire. On November 28, at 9:50 p.m., K.A., born in 1985, residing in the "Beklar" mahalla, engaged in a serious conflict with G.R. (born in 1990) and N.R. (born in 1991) from the neighboring area.
According to the preliminary investigation, after the dispute, K.A., along with his two children born in 2005 and 2007, sprayed gasoline on three trucks driven by G.R. and N.R. and set them on fire. This was reported by the press service of the regional Department of Internal Affairs.
The fire was quickly extinguished and additional damage was prevented. Due to well-coordinated actions, no damage was caused to other vehicles and cargo.
On November 29, the investigative group under the Taylak District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under part 2 of Article 173 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan - "Intentional destruction or damage to property."
A preventive measure in the form of detention was applied to K.A. A preliminary investigation is currently underway.
