The separation of a husband and wife was caused by mutual familial misunderstandings, leaving two minor children in the custody of their mother. The claimant filed a lawsuit in court for the maintenance of her minor children. The claim was upheld, and the enforcement document regarding alimony collection was sent to the Sergeli District Branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
According to an enforcement document issued by the Interdistrict Civil Court of Yakkasaroy on September 24, 2025, which was received by the Sergeli District Branch on September 30, 2025, the debtor, A.B., was ordered to pay alimony for the benefit of the claimant, G.A., amounting to one-third of his income for the maintenance of their two minor children.
As a result of legal awareness efforts conducted by State Executor S. Abduvosiqov from the district branch of the Bureau, the debtor father, showing concern for the fate of his children, decided to reunite the family, leading to reconciliation between the parties.
